Main Duties
Delivers great customer service at all times, through meeting and surpassing the Oasis Service Values.
Approaches the customer and talks through current product and ranges
Maintains sales floor standards so that the Oasis customer is presented with a consistent, professional service and an aspirational shopping environment
To maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, and to be aware of best sellers etc
Increase customer loyalty and improve sales performance
Process deliveries and replenish shop floor
Main Duties
Assist management to reduce stock loss by remaining alert and reporting all suspicious incidents immediately
Reduce stock loss through providing excellent customer service
Comply with Company Guiding Principles and requirements at all times
Undertake additional tasks as required.

Essential Skills
Acts as an ambassador for Oasis and confidently represents the brand
Shows enthusiasm for the customer, product and brand
Supports store management to deliver exciting and creative visual merchandising within store.
Is able to listen to and be aware of the customer?s needs, offer advice and guidance

Essential Knowledge
Understands the customer profile in the store or concession
Awareness of competitors
Knowledge of fashion trends
Fluent in Swedish, both written and vocally.
Very good English understanding both written and vocally.
Can explain and understands stock packages in store and is able to drive sales by outfit building
Awareness of how stock-loss can occur in a store
