Who we are looking for:
Sales Assistant
Your responsibilities:
• assist customers and provide excellent service on the sales floor;
• restock products and ensure that displays are tidy and appealing;
• answer customer inquiries and help them find suitable products;
• maintain a pleasant and welcoming store environment;
• contribute to high-quality customer interactions and product presentation.
Requirements:
• at least an Intermediate Swedish language level;
• previous experience in retail is beneficial;
• ability to handle physical tasks such as early morning product stocking;
• readiness to work variable shifts, including weekends and early mornings.

• friendly and helpful;
• good listener and clear communicator;
• patient, positive, and a strong team player;
• solution-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
What the employer offers:
• probationary employment with the possibility of a permanent contract;
• part-time contract (50%);
• varying work hours within store opening times (Monday-Friday 10:00-20:00, weekends 10:00-19:00, restocking starts at 06:00);
• schedule provided one month in advance;
• 15% staff discount and wellness allowance;
• employment under collective agreement.
