As Sales Assistant you will have a direct supporting function to the Nordic & Benelux sales team. You will also act as the local interface in Stockholm for incoming client questions. Your main tasks will be;
Registration of orders from the Account Mangers
Be the key contact person for clients and co-ordinate incoming client requests & questions
Support the Sales Director with gathering of statistics, financial updates as well as co-ordinate and arrange internal sales meetings
Follow up deliveries and unpaid invoices
Co-ordinate proactive sales/ marketing activities across the region
Qualifications
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in written and spoken English
An outgoing, flexible and independent personality is key
