hela Sverige We are looking for a sales area manager to lead and strengthen our regional and global sales team. As a strong commercial leader you will further develop and implement a global growth strategy and strengthen sales follow up and drive a winning structure in all areas.

As sales area manager you are responsible for the sales function; you are a part of Zepro's management team and report to the managing director of Zepro. You develop talent through coaching, feedback and support and understand that success is achieved through people. You work with direct sales and dealer development and move comfortably between those areas. You have a strategic oversight and detailed market knowledge. You are experienced in leading your team and collaborating with R&D by representing the voice of the customer.
You will be ultimately responsible for making sure the organization's sales goals are forecasted correctly and met. This demands an excellent ability to develop customer and distributor relationships as well as to identify and execute business opportunities in a timely manner. You will be supported by our sales organization and our global dealer network.
Our expectations:
In order to be successful in this position we expect you to have previous management experience from sales in an international environment and sales and marketing training. You are expected to have experience in dealer management and go to market strategy as well as fluency in English and Swedish. We also value any knowledge from the commercial vehicle industry as well as knowledge of French or German.
The sales area manager is based in our Katrineholm office. Regular business trips are a part of this position.
