The position will be work across the entire Sales team and supporting efforts to meet growth objectives. You will have the opportunity to administrate and develop sales processes and tools, manage the forecast management process, the customer events and support the Sales organisation in strategy work and with tenders. To perform market analysis as input for tender strategy or country strategy.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Assist the Sales team with collecting market intelligence data concerning market development and trends
• Perform market and customer analysis using application software
• Assist the tender leaders in the tender process, e.g. to assist in producing the tender and contract documentation
• Manage documents that are updated on a regular basis and manage contracts and documents in different tender portals
• Administrate the strategy work under the Sales Director 's lead
• Support the Sales Director with the Forecast Management process
• Administrative coordination of sales projects
• Support the Sales Director and the sales team in their daily work and processes within the Sales organization
• Support the Sales team in translation work
• Create, follow up and manage Purchase Requests and Orders (PR & PO)
• Support the sales team to promote the companys brand and its products to the Nordic Customers in the interest of both parties
• To support and coordinate the customer events hosted by the Nordic Sales organization
• Manage the CRM system (Wall C) to ensure data quality and consistency
• Perform analysis e.g. Wall C (Salesforce) Dashboards and regular reports

Skills and education
You have minimum a bachelor degree in either marketing, business or engineering and professional experience from a similar role. Strong knowledge with tools such as Salesforce and SAP are an asset, MS Office is required. Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages is also required. As a person you are recognized as autonomous with great communication skills. You are able to organize your work structured with attention to details and have an analytical and problem-solving mindset. You are reliable, agile and accurate with strong customer focus.
