To Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions we're now looking for a Sales & Service Process Manager to help us reach set goals and ensure that our processes needed globally in our end-to-end services. Welcome to an exciting role with great chance to development.
Your mission
In this position, you lead the process team and set guidelines for your prioritized areas. Together with the sales areas you set the ways of working within sales and services. You and the team specified our business requirements and are part of leading the development of the correct tools in collaboration with the product owners such as the sales force team. You work with the appropriate stakeholders and develop audit criteria and scorecards to drive to one way of working in global sales - measuring and ensuring that we do business in the same way.
The location for this position is Svedala.
Your character
We're looking for someone with experience from driving process development, mainly within sales and services in a global manufacturing company. To be successful in this role you also need experience from sales force. Working in a truly global environment calls for excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.
Being an active listener with a strong desire to find improvements with focus on collaboration is key in this role. You have the ability to structure demands, expectations and needs and from that information build our business processes. With your background and knowledge, you're able to communicate with system developers about business demands. With a holistic view you also have the ability to prioritize.
