Sales and Partner Manager - AC Power
Emerson Network Power is now looking for a Sales and Partner Manager in the AC Power market. The role is for the Nordic region and the position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Job description
As a Sales and Partner Manager you are responsible to develop and grow Emerson Network Power Systems (ENPS) AC Power sales in Nordic territory, regardless of route to market. You primary areas of responsibility are
Manage, drive and support existing AC Power partners in Nordics including

• Target setting and follow up, pipeline and opportunity management, joint end-user visits and marketing activities, technical and commercial support and training, manage price & offer management, business reporting, contract management

Develop new AC Power partners in the Nordics to increase our growth

• Market analysis & research, contract negotiations, pipeline assessment, training and commercial management

Support and develop large projects and generate end user demand for Emerson AC Power portfolio

• Develop relationships with major Nordic accounts, Cooperate with Emerson Key Account organizations, Influence consultants and channels
In pursuing above responsibilities you are expected to also fulfil the proper and diligent execution of business reporting and to comply with Emerson's Trade Compliance and Ethical requirements.

Qualifications
We believe you have at least a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or similar. You probably have more than 5 year experience of AC Power Sales and/or Engineering. It is important that you are strong in the area of creating relations and networking and achieve results and customers' expectations. As a person you are driven, self-going and adaptable. As you are working with customers across Sweden and the rest of the Northern countries, the position will require travel. The role requires a and that you speak and write English and Swedish fluently, additional Nordic languages is a plus. Swedish driving license is required.
