Purpose of Job
This position involves providing sales and marketing support to our existing customer base and developing and growing the business to existing and new customers. The job involves new business development, submitting proposals and securing orders.

Main tasks of Job
• Grow the market in Sweden.
• Assist and advise branch on A technologies and trends specifically in the area of commercial and offender programs.
• Research and advise branch on National Standards and Approvals required for the businesses.
• Target specific market segments of the selected target markets in .
• Assist in creating and maintaining of a Competitor Product Matrix for the range of products.
• Actively drive offerings into the local market.
• Assist Customers in defining their product requirements and formalize this into user specifications. Conduct market (AI) requirements and advise branch MD of required project.
• Present Autowatch-Interlock capabilities and product features to existing and new customers.
• Serve as the main interface into Autowatch-Sweden (voice of customer) in terms of sales forecasting, change in delivery schedules, product returns, quality issues etc and general customer liaison.
• Assist Marketing services in defining product brochures and promotional material.
• Advise on local institutions related to
• Serve as the main liaison to the Customers in the areas of Quality Assurance, Field Support and Finance.

Formal requirements / Education
• University / College education alto IHM Business School
• In Marketing , Economics or Key account management
• Experience in Key account work or work of equal value
• Knowledge of the local market industry experience is an advantage
• High knowledge of reversals Merchant trading strategies, methods and control
• Have experience of negotiation, communication and presentation to senior level
• Financial awareness - important to understand the numbers and be able to make financial budgeting, analysis, and planning accordingly.
• Very good knowledge of English
• Van PC users in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Personal characteristics
We believe that you have solid experience in contract negotiation and sales to professional dealers at senior level. You are a good communicator and presenter with developed management skills. You are driven by the goal is results-oriented and document and report regularly as account manager. You will lead the development of the customer and their own sales, profitability and market penetration by introducing and implementing concepts for sales promotion, store and outreach visits to end users together with retailers to market adapted to the dealer's focus and market potential. You are responsible for sales to the customer works from forecasting to logistics and interaction with its own sales force. The position reports to the Sales Manager, Dealer Sales in Sweden and network with other Nordic countries.
