Codab is an established company with a good track record in supplying products and systems to larger oil companies as well as independent fuel retailers. We have a flat organization, focused on solving problems and moving forward in a collaborative fashion. More energy goes into product development and customer service.

As sales and marketing manager you identify and manage partners/customers, develop exceptional relationships and are responsible for customer contracts, pricing and marketing material. You create partnership and add value by offering sales activities for our bigger customers/partners and build bridges between solutions, technical architecture and ideas for new product features to meet customer needs. You will represent the sales force in Europe and work in close partnership with our international part owner BiCA.

We believe you are energetic, focused on quality and have strong communication and negotiating skills. You are a social person who is result driven and ready to go that extra mile for your partners/customers/colleagues. You get energy from being in a multicultural environment in a position where you meet many different people and challenges.

Your background

• 5 years of successful marketing and sales experience within the industrial industry

• university degree in in business, marketing, engineering or likewise

• fluent in Swedish and English - oral and written

• understand cloud architecture and can leverage that to create solutions
