Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak

As Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will be part of the Nordic team in an informal flat organization structure, currently consisting of customer service, sales representatives, account managers, local marketing- and application specialists. This team values customer centricity and teamwork. The regional office is located in Lund, where this role is based. The position is temporary for maternity leave.
You will be an important support function with different tasks, examples of tasks are:
• Drive lead generation by maximizing Global and Local sales and marketing initiatives, that includes follow up of leads and a lot of communication both external and internal.
• Broaden reach of Global and Local campaigns, which requires a good ability to coordinate.
• Structure local congress participation, including logistic support and production of material.
• Administrative tasks with pricing structures and e-commerce, you will for example produce price lists in Excel and upload to various e-commerce systems, such as Proceedo.
• Support the local customer service, during vacations and other absence.
Vem är du?
You have a relevant education and experience, preferably within Life Science-field. It is beneficial if you have experience of sales, service, and/or marketing.
We are looking for a positive mind-set with a "can-do" attitude. You are a self-motivated person, not afraid to take initiative and able to work in a cross departmental environment. It is important that you are structured, well organized, and analytic. In the role as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will communicate with colleagues and customers mainly in the Nordic region and with the headquarter in Germany. In order to succeed in this role you need to be fluent in Swedish and English. Experience of MS Office is a requirement.
