hela Sverige We are looking for a new colleague who will coordinate and support our sales and marketing organization. Are we looking for you?
You will support Sales, Marketing and Account managers within the full Sales Process to optimally serve customer needs. This means that you will collaborate with global stakeholders and enjoy an atmosphere were everyday brings new challenges and possibilities. You will be responsible for planning and participate in exhibitions, including creating brochures and presentations. It's your responsibility to assist in making trend reports and analyses, support our customer marketing communication activities, like our digital channels and newsletters, be focal point for advertising agencies and support research departments with compiling research results into reports.
Main responsibilities:
• Support, preparation of documentation and archiving during the contracting process
• Support our quality management systems for the Commercial function
• Act as focal point on customer related issues towards the internal organization
• Support customers with handling inquiries
• Assist in the work with sales and marketing activities, like exhibitions or conferences
• Arrange and plan meetings, conferences- internally as well as externally
• Develop, implement and optimize work processes, techniques and systems
• Bachelor in business administration, economics or marketing
• Excellent English skills, verbal and writing
• It's desirable with experience in SAP, Business Warehouse and/or Excel
