This position is based in World Trade Center Malmö, Sweden
At BIMobject we work in close cooperation with our customers, the building product manufacturers to develop and maintain digital replicas of their products, as BIM objects. We are growing extremely fast and we now need to expand our sales and marketing organisation at out headquarters in Malmö Sweden with a talented, self motivated, energetic sales and marketing assistant. We are looking for talent and people who are ready to go the extra mile. We are a young, dynamic and global organisation, where there is a no limit and with a "nothing is impossible" attitude.

At BIMobject we are sales oriented and we work with sales processes and sales procedures based on SPIN, CHAMP and focused strategic work. Our efforts are state of the art in marketing services and solutions and are all connected to social media, Google and event marketing.

You will work in a dynamic team in the headquarters and BIMobject partners all over the world.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist the Sales team of BIMobjects content business in Scandinavia.
Drive activities within events like seminars both on-line and traditional
Qualify leads and invite customers to events, trainings and meetings
Book customer meetings for management (CEO, CTO and Sales manager)
Assist in travel booking and organising various events for management
Work with direct sales to material and building product manufacturers in the building industry. Sales prospecting and recruitment of new customers.
Keep track on recurring business from the product portal, send reports and invoices
Manage the global CRM system and assist partners in working with forecasts and leads
Managing press releases through MyNewsDesk
Update and edit our corporate web site http://info.bimobject.com
Help sales team to qualify leads with mail, social media tools and phone
Daily sales activities, assist on lead generation, follow up, drive pre sales activities.
Be a source of inspiration, motivation and lead by example.
Be open-minded to the challenge and share the corporate values of BIMobject AB

Experience: Experience in assisting management team, worked with pre-sales or marketing in international sales.
Requirements:

Experience with software for text, admin, imaging and web based tools.
Must have high energy and self motivated as self-sufficient contributor
Travel can be needed mainly within Scandinavia
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Swedish and English (Danish and Norwegian is a plus)
Ideal candidate will be an assertive individual with excellent personal skills
