One of the world's leading IT companies is looking for a Sales and Management Support that will join their team who's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
Start date: July 1st 2023 preferred, this is a permanent employment with a six month probation period
Location: Regeringsgatan 25 and Drottninggatan 33, Sweden
About the role
Market Partner is looking for a team member for the role as Sales and Management Support. The role is part of a team that is helping our client that is one of the world's leading IT companies. This is an administrative role, where you will play a critical part in areas such as vendor registration, payment support, contract signature, purchase orders and more.
Furthermore, prepare and build weekly sales reports, monitoring credits and debits as well as invoicing issues. You will also monitor the current monthly sales pipeline as well as review the current quarter sales pipeline.
Who you are
• Swedish speaker and fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Self-starter, eager to learn and a can-do attitude
• Understanding and experience of business development & support
• Previous experience working in an administrative role with a focus on reporting is a plus
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
