We are now expanding our workforce with more students who wish to work part-time (20-40 hours/month) in our sales and customer service team.

The persons we are looking for are service minded, responsible, structured and flexible. You will be working towards high set goals so it is important that you don't easily get stressed and always keep a positive attitude.

Main responsibilities

• Provide service for our international customers
• Customer service and sales via mail and live chat
• Handle complaints and returns

Requirements for the role

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Very good computer experience
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to express yourself in speech and writing in a good way
• Positive mindset and a professional approach

Other information
Employment type: Extra/hourly
Working hours: According to schedule, mainly weekends.

You will be based in out head office in Norrköping. You will report to our Customer Service Manager. Please send your application as soon as possible as we are reviewing them continuously, but no later than 2019-06-09.
