We are now looking for new team members to our sales and customer service team. The right candidate shall be service minded, responsible, structured and flexible. You don't easily get stressed, always keep a positive attitude and you can handle a high work-load. It's important to have a team spirit as well as being comfortable working independently. We very much encourage taking own initiatives but it's also important to follow instructions and procedures set by iDeal of Sweden.
Working with customer service at iDeal of Sweden, you will provide service for our international customers. You will mainly be responsible for our German customers and it's important to be fluent in German
Main responsibilities
• Customer service/sales via telephone, mail and live chat
• Social Media coverage
• Returns
• Complaints
Requirements for the role
• Fluent in German and English
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Very good computer experience
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to express yourself in speech and writing in a good way
• Positive mindset and a professional approach

Starting date: As soon as possible
Working hours: According to schedule.
You will be based in out head office in Norrköping. You will report to our Customer service manager. The position is a full-time position and will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate.
