Sales Analyst:
As a Sales Analyst you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring Samsung remains at the forefront of the market. Your insights will shape their strategies and enrich customer experiences, contributing to their long-term success.Top of Form The primary purpose of the role is to communicate sales and market insights for Mobile Experience (MX) product groups by driving and providing actionable insights based on external and internal sources, analysis, and evaluation.
In this role you will:
* Analyze sales data, trends, and market activities including sell-out trends, promotional impact reports, and internal profitability data.
* Utilize market insight reports, consumer insights, global trend reports from global teams, and publicly available data for competitor analysis.
* Manage various data sources to transform insights into strategic decisions across MX.
* Create visual tools, improving team capabilities.
* Proactively lead analyses to address business opportunities.
* Provide feedback to enhance Samsung MX's performance and profitability.
Requirements:
In this role, it is important that you are business and customer oriented and can work effectively and in an inclusive manner. As a person, you take ownership by being proactive and finalize work independently. You need to be open to new ideas and new ways of thinking.
We are seeking a candidate who ideally have 1-2 years of experience in roles like Junior Business Controller, BI Power user or Market Intelligence Analyst. As our ideal sales analyst, you possess considerable experience in data validation and cross-reference comparisons. Additionally, you should have documented experience in visualizing data and actionable insights. If you bring experience within a Nordic matrix organization and industry knowledge that is a big plus.
Other requirements for the role as a sales analyst include:
* A university degree, preferably in business administration, economics, statistics, engineering or similar.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience of translating data from multiple sources into intuitive reports through data visualization.
* Advanced Excel competence.
* Tableau, Qlik Sens, Power BI or similar BI system knowledge is key
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
