We are launching a new recruitment service at the end of the year, focused on international job search and internship placements. We are looking to recruit new sales-oriented agents.
As a sales agent your role is to contact local entrepreneurs and businesses, and act as coordinator between Finnish students, workers, and local businesses. You are spontaneous, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and you also know how to act in challenging situations.
As a sales agent you are able to embrace a variety of business practices, you are independent and have experience working to targets. You have resided for at least a few years in the destination country and you are familiar with the host country language.
Essential Skills and Competencies of a Direct Sales Representative:
• A high level of self-motivation
• Sales experience
• Open minded with a strong work ethic
• Existing contacts with local businesses and networking skills
• Good knowledge of local business practices
• Excellent communication skills
