hela Sverige Sales administrator whose role is to support the Swedish Sales team with administration of automatic as well as manual dealer support claims.
Job description
• Administrate automatized and manual support payments in line with correlating commercial action and sales channel
• Administrate specific support payments to fleet operations - such as bonus payments, rental operations, framework agreement deals
• Coordination of manual dealer support claims, treatment and payment
• Monitor and follow up dealer claims.
• Ensure that payments are processed accurately, on time and in accordance with commercial policies.
• Stand in direct contact with zone managers as well as dealer contact persons in regards to network claims and support payments
Education knowledge and skills
• Proven work experience as administrator and with payments
• Communications skills with previous experience of working with teams
• Good Office skills, especially Excel
• Fluent in English and Swedish (oral and written)
To be successful in this position we believe that you have a good organizational skill with accuracy and attention to details. You are structured, well organized and persistent to follow up tasks.
