Company Description
Genovis is a biotech company focused on enzymatic solutions to meet the needs of the biopharma industry. We develop, manufacture and sell unique enzymes, called SmartEnzymes that are used in analytical workflows to study biological drugs. We have recently expanded our portfolio and have ambitions to continue to launch new products that help the biopharma industry make better and safer treatments for patients. We are located in Lund, Sweden but our work has global impact as the SmartEnzymes are used by major biopharmaceutical companies and trusted by scientists worldwide.
The Role
The Sales Administrator is based in Lund and is responsible for communication and administration relating to the sales of SmartEnzymes to customers in Europe, Asia and the Pacific. The role has important responsibilities for servicing and supporting our US subsidiary in San Diego. Responsibilities include order management, logistics, inventory, customer interactions, quote creation and other activities associated with our sales processes. The position is part of the Sales & Marketing team in Lund and reports to Jonathan Sjögren, our VP of Sales & Marketing. Tasks include:

• Receiving and processing purchase orders
• Maintain and updating sales and customer records
• Packing and shipping of SmartEnzymes to customers, distributors, and local warehouses
• Inventory management
• Customer service and support
• Invoicing and accounts receivables
• Administration of marketing activities and inventory

The candidate
We are looking for a colleague that would like to contribute to the future growth of Genovis by providing market leading customer service. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. A solid interest in helping and interacting with international customers is required. Qualifications
• Experienced sales administrator
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Positive and service minded
• Efficient and organized with an eye for details
• Communicates fluently in English and Swedish, additional language skills are considered an advantage
