hela Sverige Job Position: Sales Administrator for Parental leave cover from 2016-07-01 to 2017-08-31, full time
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Back Office team at ASUS Nordic. The role involves to support the Asus Nordic Open Platform Sales team by:
1. Helping to raise and maintain price supports to customer's on the internal system
2. Maintaining the smooth running of each customer's finance with Asus
3. Managing and process all claims/support quickly and efficiently
4. Managing customer Kick Back/Rebates
5. Creating and submitting weekly sales report, claim reports and other pre-defines reports for the management team and the sales team.
Responsibilities
Your duties include:
1. Collect and upload customer?s report to the system every week on time
2. Update weekly sales report accurately
3. Customer's first point of contact for any non-sales related queries
4. Work with distributor/retailer accountant closely to follow up all outstanding invoice, debit note and credit note
5. Submit customer claims on the system
6. Work with HQ to chase all the outstanding cases on payment and credit note by regular basis
7. Assist account manager with customer claims and open cases
8. Communicate directly with distributors regarding their claims and help solve any issues that could arise
9. Send payment statement to customer on a monthly basis
Required skills and experience
1. Work experience from an administrative function is an advantage
2. Excellent excel skills
3. Excellent communication skills (over the phone, mail and in person)
4. Fluent in English (verbal and written)
