Axis is offering an opportunity to become a part of our fantastic sales organization! Welcome to "the green city of bikes", to our headquarters in Lund and our exciting Sales Region in Northern Europe.



We are now looking to fill a temporary role (1+ years) as Sales Administrator - Nordics. Are you a meticulous and structured person with great eye for details and service? Do you like to systematically plan and process projects, events, and workshops? If your answers are yes - you are exactly what we are looking for!



This role is a temporary opening that will cover for maternity leave until January 2024, minimum, with the possibility to get a prolonged contract.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM?

You will report to Frida Hjortronsteen, Manager of Inside Sales - Nordics. As of today, Frida has a team of 5 energetic, open, and driven Inside Sales Account Managers. Besides your closest teammates you will also work with the whole sales organization in Northern Europe, including Key Account Managers, Sales Engineers & Technical Trainers. In addition to sales, you will also work closely with marketing - always ensuring that partners in our region are getting the right attention and are properly covered.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SALES ADMINISTRATOR?

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for offloading our sales team operationally. You will be a key person in terms of qualifying our leads, as well as coordinate our sales events and meetings. Together with our Sales Development Representative (whom we are currently recruiting) you will act as the first point of contact via phone and e-mails.



Other responsibilities may include...

* Administrate leads, data, and sales activities
* First point of contact for incoming calls, e-mails and leads
* Administration and planning of workshops, meetings, and targeted events
* Monetize our CRM system Salesforce, keep our profiles up to date and clean up old data
* Systematically update statuses on different project, partners and leads



WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We truly believe you are a meticulous person who likes structure and efficiency. You are administrative by nature and loves to support business growth with thorough processes and data. You like to plan and coordinate events and meetings, always pursuing added value for participants both internally and externally. Most probably, you have some experience from a similar role (admin/back-office/receptionist/sales assistant) and would like to take a serious step into a global organization that drives innovative technology through value-based sales. Last but not least, we believe you are true team player with a great servicemind!



We'd love to see that you are/have...

* Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent language skills in Swedish, written and spoken
* Professional language skills in English, written and spoken
* Organized and structured and likes to take initiatives
* Interest and/or experience working with a CRM/Management/Booking system
* Customer-centric personality with a drive to deliver



Bonus points for...

* Experience in Salesforce
* Language skills in any other Scandinavian language
