The Nordic office is now looking for a sales administrative person to our office in Kista. The post is temporary, eight to twelve months, with the chance of an extension. The job tasks are mainly:
• Sales administration and support to our distributors and partners.
• Sales administration and support to sales organization.
• Administration/support of the office.
• Assistant to Managing Director.
• Responsible for travel bookings and arranging internal events.
• Responsible for CRM system.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience of similar work, such as, sales support, customer service and working in CRM and other business systems.
• Is serviceminded.
• Foccused on solving problems.
• Independent as well as a team player.
• Speaks and writes English and Swedish fluently, knowledge in Danish is meritorious.
