L:a Bruket is strengthening the organization in our Swedish office in Varberg, where our international sales administration department is homed, and we are currently looking for a position as Sales Administration Coordinator.

This is the opportunity to join an international hyper-growth company with over 40 people, and to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure within a very promising brand with global potential.

This position reports to COO. It is on full time and permanent with an immediate start date.

Work description

In the role as Sales Administration Coordinator you will be working with our business partners (in Sweden and internationally) and ensure the best possible quality. You will additionally serve the sales team, both in Sweden and internationally and your main tasks will be:

- Daily B2B customer support by email, telephone and through BtoB system
- Receiving and processing orders from reception to delivery/payment
- Verifying orders, including customers details and contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
- Maintaining and updating sales administration records, and product allocations by market and business partners
- Being a relay to sales department by contributing proactively to the company's overall performance
- Being in charge of international corporate orders
- Creating, updating and distributing price-lists
- Compiling sales reports and directing feedbacks from business partners to relevant department
- Being an active part in change and improvement work, work processes as well as ERP and BtoB-system
- Miscellaneous administration tasks



Experience, Skills & Education

- Minimum 2-years working experience in Sales Administration
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service skills as well as verbal and written skills
- Perfect knowledge of Excel, and Office 365
- Proven experience of ERP business system Navision and/or Business Central
- English in both speaking and writing, German is a plus
