We are looking for a Sales Admin for Wireless Car in Gothenburg.
Please notice that this is a try & hire where the consultant has the possibility to get an employment after 6 months.
Assignment description:
The assignment is a hybrid setup of 50% in two roles which results in a fulltime. You will work 50% within the two first bullet points below and 50% in the last two bullet points.
Areas of focus:
Coordinator and collector of data from KAM, Program Manager and Delivery Leads so Financial Control can do the right invoicing to customers
Responsible of securing proof of performance is carried out on the customer side
Responsible for the Accounts Payable process (leverantörsreskontra) within Finance, but back-up from Financial Control when needed
Improve Accounts Payable processes (leverantörsreskontra) when needed and adjust according to changes in policies
