hela Sverige Job summary: Manage existing and develop new potential Sensient accounts in the sweet, savory and beverages industries in Sweden. Essential duties and responsibilities: To promote and grow the sales and gross margin of flavors and related products and an array of complementary technologies to food manufacturers operating in the Swedish market. Some core activities: . Regularly visiting your existing customer base and potential customers in Sweden . Acting as a project manager for all customer facing activities, coordinating the assistance of the support departments that enable Sensient to provide professional customer service. . Ensuring you are well versed in all Sensient market technologies, you will do this through attending all related training and seeking more training where you feel you are not competent .. Price negotiating to done with GM approval . Reporting your activities in line with the Sensient reporting templates to a professional standard
Qualifications/Requirements/Competenties: . A minimum of 5 years of successful business and B-2-B sales experience, preferably in the flavor, fine ingredients or specialty chemical industries. . Must possess the ability to manage significant business opportunities to grow the company's position as the leader in its field. . Must have the ability to travel to multiple customers throughout the assigned territory . Must have the ability to work both autonomously, as well as in a team. Therefore needs a high level of self-discipline and motivation .. Project management experience to be evident. Must have both commercial and technical acumen . Be willing to visit customers on average 4 out of 5 days per week and therefore having the ability to embrace "coffee shop" working. . A good relationship builder with customers and food industry associations. . An effective influencer both internally and externally . A winning mentality . Ethically sound and business acumen are important in this position. Education/Training/Experience: . University educated with a good degree from a prominent university. Degrees could be technical or commercial. . Technical background preferable . Business fluency in English and Swedish
