ANS offers unique and innovative methods to create durable low friction surfaces on mechanical components. The ANS technology has been awarded with many international awards and is now being deployed by our customers. The key benefit of our technology is that it can be applied as an integrated part of an existing manufacturing process, using existing machines such as honing, grinding or super-finishing. This means low costs as well as short cycle times for large scale manufacturing.
The automotive industry is a key market for ANS, but we also work within various other industrial segments. Our customer base is primarily in Europe and North America and includes many well-known OEMs as well as big tier 1 suppliers. We have recently established subsidiaries in Germany and USA and are now strengthening the sales team with a Sales Account Manager role.
Your role as Sales Account Manager will be to manage new and existing international and national accounts with focus to close new deals. You will work closely with our Key Account Managers and Technical Team. Main responsibilities are to execute market studies, identify and qualify potential new customers, establish contacts and coordinate sales with the objective to start projects. In marketing you will be instrumental to coordinate and plan activities, develop and maintain marketing tools and communication channels (news-letters, papers, home page etc).
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing sales accounts. You should be comfortable handling a highly technical sales dialog, operating across multiple levels of a client and able to open up doors both laterally and vertically. You have a technical/economical education, excellent communication skills both written and oral, have a solid ambition to succeed as well as a high personal drive.
You will report directly to the Director of Sales in Sweden and you will have access to our skilled engineers as sales support.
