Currently Dignity Helsinki runs successful business at a fantastic location in downtown of Helsinki, Finland. The Dignity chain store in Sweden was open in spring 2014 located in the old town of Stockholm. To further develop the business in 2015, we are looking for experienced sales person, who are caring, warm, friendly, energetic, and, of course, with passion in the fashion business! Essentially, we are looking for someone who will fit our team and provide our international clients an enjoyable customer service.
Dina arbetsuppgifterThe main job responsibility is selling and servicing customers in the store with positive and constructive attitude, which includes displaying jewelry and gems, advising customers on quality, cuts, or value of jewelry and gems and in selecting mountings or settings for gems, and delivering a positive customer shopping experience. Some other management duties might also be performed as specified in the contract. This is a part-time job with one month probation. Work hours may include weekends. Excellent performance of duties will be considered for a long-term contract.
Utbildning och erfarenhetSucceeding in the position means you are/have . results-oriented, strong intercultural communication skills, excellent customer service skills, a consistent work ethic and willingness to learn . self-motivated, responsible, be able to multi-task and work in a team-friendly environment . work hour flexibility to some extent . great enthusiasm in fashion and luxury business . prior retail and sales experience are preferred, but not required . fluent English and basic Swedish skills are required. Skill in Chinese will be considered as a big plus.
