hela Sverige Honn Fine Jewelry Store is located in the exclusive area Stureplan in central Stockholm. We provide jewels to men and women in all ages. Our jewels are luxury designed and elegant and our range is irresistible for the customers, their choices are unlimited.
We are looking for exceptional sellers who can give the best jewel experience to our customers, who can develop good and strong customer relations and also expand our sales of the products in our business.
Skills and Experience / Requirements:
• Have previously experience of exclusive jewels.
• Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Teamwork and individual work ability.
• Genuine passion for sales and sales controlling.
• Have an excellent communication proficiency and social competence.
• Supports a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
• Have strong ability to develop good relations with our customers and have good contact with your collaborators.
• Have the ability to work accurately and show good attention to detail while working under pressure.
• Knows and uses all corporate processes and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to complete non-selling responsibilities: such as assists in housekeeping of sales floor and communicates maintenance issues; Assists in maintenance of backroom, including both merchandise and non-merchandise, to brand standards to enable efficient replenishment.
• Takes initiative to elevate personal knowledge of product categories.
• Understands and adheres to brand standards.
• Has the sense of fashion.
• Fluent English and Swedish language skills. ?
If you have these skills or experience then will be an advantage:
• Excellent skills in Excel and other Microsoft ware.
• Fluent Chinese language skills.
• Have the knowledge of Chinese culture and Chinese customer.
• Have excellent jewellery knowledge.
• Self-motivated, result-orientated with a high energy level .
• Have the knowledge of visual merchandising.
