• The main part of the role (approx. 75%) is to assure that the company has efficient processes aligned with the requirements specified in the job description.
• Part of the role (approx. 25%) is also to support the business controller and the business line managers with various tasks.
• Implement and maintain an IMS (Integrated Management System) with the purpose of having clear and efficient processes leading to certification according to ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Atlas Copco Standards, and ensure reporting related to SHEQ.
• Support the BLM manager for CRS with KPIs and other follow up/analysis up of the business results.
• Responsible for Split rental/Rental sharing administration.
• Support the business controller during monthly and quarterly closings.
• Other ad-hoc or scheduled reports or analysis to support the business lines.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Experience requirements:
• At least 3 years working experience.
• Experience in working with projects/processes is an advantage.
Knowledge:
• Strong IT skills with MS Office, Lotus Notes.
• Good written and communication abilities in Swedish and English.
Educational requirements:
• Financial education on high school level.
Personality requirements:
• Ability to engage, encourage and coordinate SHEQ activities in the region.
• Cooperative, reliable and able to work independently
