Safegate improves airline and airport performance by providing integrated solutions for more and safer aircraft movements. Safegate’s airfield systems have been installed at more than 500 major airports on all five continents. Every four seconds, around-the-clock, a plane docks with the aid of Safedock. Safegate is a truly global company with offices in Russia, China, Finland, Denmark, France, UK, Dubai, Australia and US with HQ in Sweden. Tasks
In the role of Sales Manager you will be part of growing the Swedish entity’s revenue from 230 to 300 MSEK. Market coverage is northern Europe, India and Far East. To achieve this you need to help airports, airlines, consultants and contractors to understand the true value of achieving safe and efficient operation by using high tech solutions. By understanding our customers reality you detect areas with potential for improvements and transfer this into savings in cost and/or time. To your help you have sales support, project managers and technical back up.
In order to be able to undertake the responsibilities you will during the first one to three years take the role as Sales Support to graduately become responsible for your own area based in Sweden or at any of our other offices.
Education and Experience
It would be preferred if you have a graduate exam within Economy combined with a good understanding of technology. You are in the beginning of your career but have one or a few years experience of an operational position within sales and/or marketing.
Profile and Characteristics
You have a distinct drive combined with patience to match long business processes typical in the industry. You are clearly target oriented and have an operational approach. You focus on your career with the aim to be in a management position within a few years and look positive to a position abroad.

The Offer

On the road: 20 days year 1-3, following years 100 days per year.
