About the position
You sit at the center of all things related to SaaS applications.
As our new SaaS Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and administering our SaaS applications, with specific focus on our Salesforce Service Cloud platform. This includes configuring and customizing the system to meet the needs of the organization, as well as providing training and support to users.
The role also involves working closely with other departments within the organization, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that Salesforce and other SaaS platforms are fully integrated and utilized to their full potential. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that will make the system more efficient and effective.

Your responsibilities will include
In this position you will:
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the organization. This will involve using a range of tools and techniques to ensure that the system is tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, and custom objects in Salesforce. This will require a deep understanding of the Salesforce architecture and data model, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Provide training and support to users on Salesforce best practices and functionality. This will involve developing training materials and delivering training sessions to ensure that all users are able to use Salesforce to its full potential.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. This will involve working closely with other departments within the organization to understand their specific needs and requirements, and developing solutions that meet these needs.
Manage data quality and cleanliness in Salesforce. This will involve developing data cleansing and data management processes to ensure that the data in Salesforce is accurate, up-to-date, and fit for purpose.

Your profile
To be successful in this position, we believe that you:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. This will provide the foundation of knowledge and understanding required to work effectively with Salesforce.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Salesforce administration. This will provide the necessary experience and expertise to work effectively with the platform.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. This is essential for developing and maintaining the system to meet the needs of the organization.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred. This will demonstrate a deep understanding of the platform and the ability to work effectively with it.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. These are essential for developing and maintaining the system to meet the needs of the organization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. These are essential for working effectively with other departments within the organization, as well as for providing training and support to users.
