Introduction to DU IT & Cloud Operations:

DUIC Operations is a sub-unit within Development Unit IT & Cloud and responsible for the Development system and ICT Environment (continuous analysis, delivery & deployment, DevOps and SaaS WoW, common development, test and continuous integration environment on cloud and test environment OPEX & CAPEX), Capability Management (Site Strategy & Execution, Workforce planning, DU Capability management and P+), Performance Management & Quality (overall long-term objectives, target process, Compliance Management and Operational Development), Product Packaging, DU wide strategic programs and communities of practice throughout the DU.

DUIC Operations is a sub-unit within Development Unit IT & Cloud and is responsible for the development system (continuous analysis, delivery & deployment, DevOps and SaaS WoW), common development, test and continuous integration environment on cloud, test environment OPEX & CAPEX investments, site and supplier strategy, performance & quality management, overall long-term objectives, target process, DU wide strategic programs, product packaging, operational development and communities of practice structure.

As SaaS enablement Architect, you will report to the Head of Customer Experience within DUIC Operations and you will be responsible for establishing the proper link between SaaS Business Strategy, SaaS ability of products and generic SaaS functions. You will interface and work with relevant units including CSI, S&T, Group Function Technology and PDUs.

Your unit will contribute to enable to Customer Experience unit in achieving:

Align & Prioritize Focus Areas & Initiatives within the domains of Serviceability, Customer-Near Development and User Experience
Implementation of SAAS common tooling
Improve the feedback loop with the customer in promoting experiences in customer projects
Customer Experience Culture Development and Awareness
WoW and promote a consistent approach to Customer Experience practices
DevOps User Experience and User Journeys across BICP and BICS
Set cross-unit forums to increase expertise amongst PDUs, CSI and MS organizations
Share progress and key projects involvement
Support "Closing the Gap" between BICP and BICS (Dev + Ops)

Experience and Critical Competence:

Location:

The location is flexible and not limited to one country. Competence and profile will have priority. Collocation with existing BICP unit is preferred.
