What you will be a part of
Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.
Saab Cyber Security is growing rapidly and we are a global Business unit within Saab. Our unit develops products and services to increase the level of cyber security in Saabs portfolio. The ongoing digitalization demands continuously improved and updated cyber security capabilities. With solid knowledge as a base and great commitment, we work constantly to develop our business and ourselves. We see different personal and professional backgrounds as an asset!
We develop a secure cloud based platform that takes full advantage of the benefits of virtualisation without compromising cyber security including tool chains that enables continuous compliance with high release velocity.
In this position you will be involved in next generation IT-security platform.
Your role
As a manager in this position you will be involved in next generation of IT-security platform. You will be responsible and part of a creative and dedicated team of experts within the area. We want you to be a manager with an inspiring & challenging leadership. You should be responsive, solution-focused and prepared to work hard and help where needed.
We are looking for a manager that will be responsible for the Red Platform section. To thrive in this role we believe that you: are an engaged team player, able to motivate and willing to "walk the extra mile", develops competence in line with long-term strategic needs as well as daily operational needs, have a strong ability to build relationships with internal and external customers, support the co-workers development by giving feedback and setting up individual goals, are responsible for cost center budget and result, cooperates cross site regarding all aspects of the business unit.
