Solution Area BSS Sale Readiness and Sales Support , within BDGS, is a global sales presales support organization , focusing on providing presales techno commercial solutioning support for BSS Portfolio offerings to the Market Area's, by engaging senior professionals in customer facing pre-sales roles. The team is accountable to define and drive go to market strategies, be prime responsible for commercial discussions for SA BSS, support building the techno-commercial solutioning for presales engagements , secure and monetize the BSS installed base and enable growth through direct or channel sales in BSS portfolio.

The position as SA BSS Sales Readiness Head will report to the Head SA BSS Sales Readiness & Sales Support and will be part of the SA BSS Sales Readiness and Sales Support Leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

Drives Strategic Sales Programs and Initiatives in SA BSS
Drive Strategic Customer Portfolio Meetings and Experience Centre BSS Proof Points
Drive Market introduction (sales readiness, Demo/PoC)
Drive communication, value proposition and product launches in main internal (Sprint, Sales Week, Bootcamp, Portals) and external events (Analysts, User Groups, MWC Europe and Americas, Policy event, etc.)
Drive E/// Portfolio Differentiations and Competitive BI
Create extended value propositions at solution/use-case level to address specific market segments and/or driving forces (i.e. IoT, 5G)
Strategic Pricing and Bid Office alignment and enablement for competence readiness on the
Responsible for Market Development activities
Responsible for Sales Operations , PL and MA Alignments

Qualification:
Minimum 5-10 years' experience in business leadership on Market Development & Sales Support , with IT / Digital / BSS Transformation experience from either Ericsson or external company.
Solid and proven experience on BSS domain with Marketing and Value Creation expertise
Significant customer-facing experience with customer orientation and business minded - has a consultative approach
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Very strong leadership, ability to drive change
High agility, ability to work in an uncertain, dynamic environment
Deep understanding of market trends, customer pain points and competition offerings in BSS and Digital Transformation space
Ability to form strong relationships and influence key internal and external business stakeholders
High degree of accountability and integrity.
Performance and Results oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility and empowerment.
Good English language skills oral and written.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

The role will be located in Sweden KISTA.
