The Demand & Supply Chain Organization is responsible for coordinating the supply of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. We are also managing our S&OP process globally. Delivery performance and inventory turn rate is two of our most important metrics.

We are right now in an exciting phase where we are adapting our organization to better support our business targets. One part of this is to establish a clear focus on inventory and process improvements. We are therefore looking for someone who is willing to take on this challenge and from there continue to develop within the Husqvarna organization.

Areas of responsibility
* Drive initiatives in order to develop the S&OP process as well as the supply chain planning & execution process
* Drive initiatives with the target to improve forecast accuracy, service level and inventory level
* Support the SCM function with developing and maintaining management reports and KPIs
* Liaise with functional and operational area managers/departments to ensure that activities are integrated & aligned with other parts of the business (e.g. supply planning, demand planning, inventory planning, logistics & warehousing, finance, manufacturing and sales)

We require someone who has several years of international experience in the supply chain management or manufacturing area and also has a relevant master degree.

Fluent English, both spoken and written is required. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional complex organization with great results and with a clear target focus.

Great project and process management skills. You should also be analytical, structured and thorough. Being service minded and flexible is natural for you. The work includes creating long-term relationships and co-operation with international colleagues within Husqvarna Group.

The position is located at our Huskvarna office and reports to the Inventory and S&OP Development Manager for the Husqvarna Business Division
