hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Living Consulting Group AB i Danderyd For our newest Hotel project in Russia and the CIS countries, we are currently looking for a fluent Russian speaking Project Assistant/ Interior Designer for the Russian speaking market who should liaise with our the project team, work in Interior Design as well as be the Personal Assistance of the top company executive when conducting negotiations and visiting sites.
Your Role, Position requirements:
• The Project Assistant is part of the design team and works closely with them to realize concept designs, FF&E and Specifications as well as Project Management of the project till finished product at the highest level.
• This role will require a flexible approach to assist the senior management with design development and project management as well as the administration of the project.
• Candidate should be able to learn and work independently and as part of a productive team. With excellent organizational skills.
• Candidate shall be able to handle Project related correspondence in Russian as well as technical translation related to the project from Russian to English.
• He/she must be able to assist in Presentation to our Russian client & should be imaginative & creative.
• He/ she will be the company contact towards our Russian Speaking clients, owners and construction companies related to the projects in hands and for Future Projects in the Russian speaking territory.
• He/ she should be able to travel with very short notice and should be capable to represent the company along with the senior management.
This is an entry level position that will expose you to all fundamental facets of the Design process.
Applicants must have the following knowledge base:
• A record proven interior design background and professional education.
• A good background in project assistance in Russia and Ex-Russian territories such as the CIS countries.
• Excellent level of CAD and Design software such as Adobe suite.
• Proficient level of office software.
• Fluent Russian and English (Additional languages may be of an advantage but not required)
• Excellent organization skills
• Good Interior Design Portfolio essential to be granted an interview.
