hela Sverige As a Customer Service Agent, you will be resolving customer errands and communicating directly with the customers. Therefore it is of utmost importance that you represent the Babyshop Group and it's values at all times.
Your daily tasks will include resolving customer errands by e-mail, phone, chat and social media, according to the schedule imposed by your direct supervisor. Beside making sure all the customer queries and issues are solved in a timely, efficient and highly professional manner, you will also be responsible for maintaining and cultivating the Babyshop Group 's values and tone of voice.
The position involves supporting customers in our different companies: Babyshop, OiiDesign, Lekmer and AlexandAlexa.
You must be able to work on site in Torsvik at Norra Stigamovägen, Jönköping.
We are looking for a dedicated Russian speaking Customer Service Agent with the ambition to actively participate in giving our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. In order to reach our goal we require the following:
Fluency in Russian both spoken and written
Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not necessary.
It is a must that you enjoy both sales and service and understand the benefits of being successful in both areas.
You enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and
processes, all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with drive who is determined to deliver results.
You are an executing doer who understands that the details make a difference.
Fluency in English and Swedish is an advantage.
