MultiMind Bemanning is looking for a Sales Support Agent for our client, who is a successful international company within the paper and supplies industry. Our client is leading within its field in terms of its environmental thinking and its strong focus upon high-end quality, two aspects that are fundamental in the company's organizational philosophy. You will be located at the Stockholm headquarters and will be employed as a MultiMind consultant.
The role as a Sales Support Agent entails that you will provide customers with support in matters concerning order management, reclamations and test orders, as well as you will follow up on payments. You will be responsible for the administration and supervision of the entire proces, from the receival of orders to the invoicing of the final orders. Moreover, you will partake in the maintenance of product and delivery information, both internally and externally.
We would like for you to have an academic background, but most importantly we seek a candidate who has practical experience of working with the aforementioned tasks. Previous experience from working with sales support or similar is also a benefit.
You posses good skills in the MS Office package, you are fluent i Russian and English, both orally and in writing. Furthermore, you are a structured and accurate person, who is able to work independently and who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
This is a consultant assignment and a part-time position. You will help in times of heavy workloads, during holiday seasons etc. This position can, thus, be combined with studies or similar.
