As Traffic Operator you'll be responsible for ordering and delivering content on time, and managing internal procedures in order to publish it at our different online services.

In order for our customers to fully enjoy their subscriptions, the promised content must be published and made available according to plan. This is where you come into play. As Traffic Operator you are the heart of the organization, and will administer all the logistics in conjunction with digitization and conversion of video formats. You're in charge of ordering video material and subtitling, but also conducting daily checks of upcoming titles. You will be the main point of contact for distributors, studios and film companies; making sure to log arrivals, follow up existing orders, establish status- and work charts for the internal team, ultimately securing the time plan. If you, from this profile, get the impression that we are looking for an administration champion, you are spot on. Your very likely hold a "black belt" in structured and proper planning, as well as in tidiness and orderliness. Boring? Hardly, it's necessary!
YOU HAVE A GOOD HEAD. AND THE RIGHT ATTITUDE.
Education matters, but above all; your instinct and sense for logistics and administration are highly valued and outranks your amount of work experience. However, we prefer you to have at least a couple years of working life behind you. You do not need experience from the industry or similar tasks. A requirement though, is that you master Microsoft Office well, in particular Excel, as this (together with our system) is a vital tool in much of the planning, logistic handling and administration. You'll be collaborating closely with internal teams that handle video material, manage rights, publishing and technical support - all of which are depending on you. And you of them. Good communication, high spirits and a common goal are cornerstones in taking care of business and setting a premium standard. Certain language skills are required. We would like you to speak native Russian, alternatively Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian. Needless to say you are proficient in English and are prepared to work in Stockholm. Knowledge of Swedish is a bonus, but in no way a must.

Some of your tasks are carried out as part of a daily routine, so you must be loyal to task, very meticulous and really enjoy administrative work.
