We are looking for Ruby on Rails black belts. People who live for building software and technology. Who uses coding as a way to express their creativity. Sounds like we are talking about you?

• be a part of a small team of developers and designers
• do front end and/or back end development.

You are probably the perfect developer for us if you:

• have expert Ruby on Rails skills
• have a strive to learn and grow as a software craftsman (or woman!)
• have long experience of back end web development and architecture and optimizing web sites for heavy traffic.

We give special consideration to candidates with solid experience in one or more of the following areas:
TDD, BDD, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, Backbone.js, SSL, SOA, Test Engineering, API design, Mobile Web Development, Linux system administration, Chef, Cloud based infrastructure, Agile software development, MongoDB, Open source project contribution, Cache optimization, SEO
