We're investing heavily in UiPath as our strategic platform going forward, and this role will play a central part in leading the transition from our existing NICE automation landscape into a modern, scalable automation capability. This is a hands-on leadership role with visible executive sponsorship, real ownership from day one, and a clear opportunity to help shape both the platform and the future team as the program grows.

In the role as a RPA Program Lead you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our next generation automation capability, centered around UiPath and evolving Intelligent Automation technologies.
As an RPA Program Lead, you will also
Lead the transition from our existing NICE automation landscape into UiPath as the strategic platform going forward
Combine hands-on UiPath development with technical leadership, architecture, governance, and operational ownership
Identify, prioritize, and deliver automation opportunities across operations, finance, customer service, credit, collections, and other business areas
Help shape how we evolve from traditional RPA into broader Intelligent Automation and agentic automation capabilities
Work closely with both business stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure automation delivers measurable and sustainable business value
On a personal level
We believe you have
Experience leading or scaling RPA / automation programs in production environments
Strong hands-on UiPath experience and solid technical judgement around automation architecture and operations
Experience working in regulated environments where governance, resilience, and auditability matter
The ability to partner with both business stakeholders and senior leadership to identify where automation creates real value
Comfort combining strategic ownership with hands-on delivery and technical leadership
An interest in how AI, Intelligent Automation, and agentic patterns are evolving the automation landscape
Meriting skills
Experience migrating legacy automation platforms such as NICE, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Financial services experience within banking, lending, insurance, or payments
Experience with UiPath AI capabilities such as Document Understanding or Communications Mining
UiPath certifications such as Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect
