Then look no further! We are expanding the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) offering in Swedbank with an additional team. In this role you will get the opportunity not just work with development in exciting new technologies such as RPA and RDA, but also to take part in the establishment of a new team. The team will set the new way of working for a specific area and be responsible for all robotics implementations covering the whole process from identification to implementation.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Develop your skills within the automation area to gain deeper insights in both technology as well as stakeholder management and ways-of-working
• Work in an agile team that values efficient implementations with quality assurance included
• Be part of a driven and engaged organization that always strives to improve and develop both individually and as a team
• Design and develop robotics solutions that will help customer and business be more efficient and satisfied with the banking services offered
• Take part in setting up the ways of working for a wider robotics offering covering the whole process from design to implementation and follow-up
What is needed in this role:
• Proven experience in development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA)
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or corresponding proven work experience
• Fluently in Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Communication and cooperation skills to be able to both explain to business stakeholders as well as technical resources
• Experience in Agile ways of working and knowledge of Jira or similar
• Solution oriented mindset and a willingness to take responsibility to enable successful implementations
• Experience from bigger robotics initiatives such as platform implementation etc is an advantage
• Technical knowledge such as coding languages, databases, SQL, API's, webservices etc is rewarding
• Proven work experience within banking industry, or similar regulated industry, is an advantage
