hela Sverige PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
You will lead the Negative Gate Reviews and Gate Review 0 in RoQ (GR-3, -2, -1 and 0), including the preparation as well as the follow-up. You will also work with the Bid Approval KPI's and the related PDCA's. In your role you will also overlap with all other members in RoQ Bid Approval, by having good knowledge about Secure SharePoint for Bids, Salesforce, File maker and other supporting tools
YOUR ROLE
• You will be responsible with the Bid reviewing process which includes the preparation phase (read and check the documentation, if possible give feedback and ask questions before the review), Conduct (Ensure that the Gate Review are fulfilling the required data, commitments and quality) and Follow-up phase (Document the results and potential actions. Send out "Approval mails" and generate mandates);
• You will be responsible with the Bid Approval KPI's (understand the KPI's and take ownership of agreed KPI's);
• You will set up KPI meetings with the action holders and stake holders outside the RoQ Bid Approval team, to ensure a constant feedback and learning in order to reach the KPI "green levels";
• You will work with continuous improvements in the bidding process.
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree, being able to understand the RoQ Business set-up and product offering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in working in an international environment with international customers;
• Good technical knowledge, good communication skills, ability to influence others;
• Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement skills;
• English at a fluent level is mandatory (both written and speaking).
• German, Spanish or Swedish is beneficial for the role.
