As Rollout Coordinator you will be responsible to manage the activities needed to ensure that the planning and the coordination of the rollout is done. You will do this by preparing time and activity plans, drive workshops, do risk analysis and prepare communication plans. You will be the spider in the net with several points of contact where flexibility, leadership skills and communication skills are of essence. You will have lots of contact with our global business organization and direct contact with the many countries we operate in.
To be successful in this role you are solution oriented and have a "make it happen" attitude. We believe that you are an open person who enjoys building relationships and have great communication skills. You have very good delivery capacity, drive and likes high pace. You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new problems and solutions.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Rollout Coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Plan and coordinate all activities needed to secure a successful roll out of our releases in each country
• Set up and drive workshops and meetings with the country project team, principal suppliers as well as other key persons
• Cooperate with and update the key contributors such as principal suppliers and internal project teams
• Execute risk analysis workshops and plan for mitigation where needed
• Create and update communication plans when needed
• Plan and coordinate potential hotfixes/releases that needs to be implemented during rollout
• Keep track of incidents and problems that may occur during the rollout phase to secure a stable handover

And your skills include:
• BSc or MSc degree within IT, Business or relevant field
• Previous experience of project management and/or release/roll-out coordination of IT solutions
• Experience of working with different nationalities and cultures
• Experience of facilitating workshop
• Experience of working with external suppliers
• Swedish and English speech and writing
• Experience from working in retail is an advantage
