The company was founded in 1976 in the sailing metropolis of Marstrand, and here we still manufacture all our products today. We are proud of our advanced machine park and skilled staff, and the demand for our Swedish-made quality products is great. 85 percent is exported. Now we need to expand our robot team with a really good robot operator.
THE SERVICE: As a robot operator at Rutgerson Marine, you will control 3-4 robots of the brands Kuka and UR. These are used in the finishing of production details that include welding and polishing as well as machine operation of presses and injection molds. You manufacture according to production orders and work with loading materials for the robots, programming, quality control and adjustment of the robot programs if necessary. You are also responsible for preparing the details to be run in the robots in the form of grinding and manual bolt welding. You will be part of a team of 2 people divided into two shifts. You will work constant evening shifts where you work 4 days a week the week you worked evenings with time off on Friday-Sunday. In the evening, you are responsible for all the machines.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You like physical work and you probably have a similar role today. But above all, you are a really good robot operator and esteemed colleague who engages you and stands up for others. You are not afraid of anything and are happy to give you intricate tasks and find your own ways to facilitate your work. If you also like boating, you are guaranteed to thrive, but it is not a requirement. You must have experience in robot control and automation. If you also have an education in automation and / or programming experience, it is an advantage
We require that you can either speak fluent Swedish or English.
