hela Sverige Are you looking for new challenges within risk management? Do you want to develop Swedbank's risk reporting on Group level? Then you might be our new coordinator at Reporting & Development, Group Risk.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be responsible for Swedbank's holistic risk reporting
• Develop and optimise risk reporting processes and risk frameworks ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, in line with industry best practices
• Drive or participate in strategic initiatives within Group Risk
• Work cross functional and collaborate with internal teams as well as external departments
What is needed in this role:
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• A relevant university degree (ie Business Administration, Economics)
• Demonstrated experience within risk, financial, regulatory, supervisory or management reporting is meriting
• Previous experience as risk manager or internal auditor is meriting
• Project management experience, business analyst background, process management skills are meriting
• Attention to details and ability to see the big picture. Creative and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to take responsibility, work independently and deliver top quality results. You should enjoy a fast-paced work environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to build trust and strong relationships with many stakeholders
