hela Sverige Verisure is seeking a talented and innovative Risk and Controls Advisor to help build our global internal control function. Giving you a great opportunity to grow and influence the business in advising with risk assessments, mitigation strategies and remediation plans. This role will be positioned in the second line of defense to ensure the overall effectiveness of the internal control framework. You will collaborate with Compliance and IT to support risk and compliance-based initiatives. Some of your responsibilities will be to ensure adherence to the governance of the established internal control framework and consolidation of internal controls, including risk and control self-assessments. In addition to this, you will evaluate the control and design effectiveness, advise the business on remediation of control failures and monitor the first line of defense to minimize risk exposure.
We are in the final phase of implementing a new ERP system where focus will be in setting and validating the new internal control framework together with the third-party provider.
As a second line of defense you will provide independent assurance to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Management that risks are mitigated and managed.

What you bring
We are looking for you who have 2-3 years from big 4 or a couple of years working with internal control and/or in a risk function. In addition to this you have good knowledge and experience in ERP systems and speaks English fluently. To perform in this role, we value your great authority and confidence within your area together with an openness and being able to present information and communicate across all levels in our organization.
