Job Summary
The Risk Management, Compliance and Security department at Tetra Pak in Lund is a specialized group responsible for managing local compliance and adherence towards regulatory frameworks, standards and internal procedures. They work to provide the Lund site with efficient Risk Management. We are now seeking a temporary replacement for 8 months to drive these matters from start to end in close cooperation with the team and the manager.
What you will do
Our Risk & Compliance Officer will deliver, contribute, coordinate and further improve our departments goals. You will for example drive the development and implementation of security management solutions, establish security awareness in the organisation and perform risk assessment in close cooperation with our internal stakeholders. You will report directly to the manager of Risk Management, Compliance and Security at Tetra Pak in Lund.
Communicate and counsel/advise our organisation cross-functionally on risks and security.
Drive development of and coordinate activities within Risk- & Crisis Management.
Take part in implementations of trainings in Risk and Security awareness activities.
Audit and develop local documentation and instructions. Such as internal policies, procedures & guidelines in alignment with Swedish legislation.
Perform Risk-assessments in order to identify risks and implement plans in order to prevent unwanted events.
This is a temporary position for 8 months based in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
We believe you have
Extensive experienced within the Risk & Security management area combined with a genuine interest in this area and extensive collaborative skills.
You can communicate clear and make presentation easily towards all recipients.
Excellent communication skills both in Swedish and English
