About the Role: As the Director of EcoDataCenter's Risk & Compliance function, you will lead and advance our company-wide efforts to ensure a secure, well-governed, and fully compliant operation. You will shape and evolve our frameworks for risk management, HSE, information security, and IT governance, while driving a cohesive risk and compliance agenda across multiple sites and functions.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead and advance the company's overall approach to risk, security, and compliance - at both strategic and operational levels. You will lead the development and adoption of key frameworks and ensure that the organization is equipped, aligned, and resilient to meet future demands.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead and evolve the company's risk and compliance agenda, closely aligned with organizational goals and business strategy.
Lead transformation and ensure that frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements are successfully adopted and continuously followed.
Strengthen and elevate the organization's capabilities in risk, security, and compliance by leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Ensure robust governance and oversight across HSE, quality, information security, IT governance, and regulatory compliance.
Build a strong risk-aware culture and enhance safety, accountability, and internal control practices throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain a modern, structured approach for risk identification, classification, and barrier management.
Oversee an effective nonconformity process, including CAPA, ensuring timely and sustainable resolution.
Lead the planning and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and well-structured evidence management.
Define and maintain frameworks for metrics, performance indicators, and reporting
Build, lead and empower your team, fostering growth and strengthening capabilities within risk and compliance.
Your Profile: To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with experience leading and developing teams, as well as lead change and development work. You have the ability to combine clear requirements with a business-minded approach and an understanding of the organization's operations. You have strong analytical and communication skills and experience reporting to the management team, as well as fostering risk awareness, structure, and continuous improvement.
Your background includes:
Several years of experience in risk, compliance and quality within complex and regulated industries.
Extensive experience in establishing and further developing governance frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes, including IT and information security governance from a governance and risk perspective.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and standards, as well as a strong ability to translate these into practical and effective structures and working methods.
Relevant academic background in law, economics, risk management, or a related field.
Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
