Risk Manager
This position gives the opportunity to have a big impact on how we operate our business on a day to day basis. To be part of starting something from scratch and establish and integrate risk management early in the company.
At Lynk & Co we believe that risk management is a part of our culture and not just something we do once a year. As Risk Manger you will have a key role in setting the direction of Enterprise Risk Management for the company and maintaining an ERM framework that addresses risk assessment, prioritization, and mitigation. We are looking for a sharp business mind with experience from developing ERM on a pan-European level.
You have probably spent some years either within a risk management function or as a management consultant.
You will work in a team with 4-5 people in the Business Office function working with a strategic perspective, but at the same time establishing the operations to support the launch of Lynk & Co in Europe 2020, You are a team player with a pragmatic and holistic view on things. Given that we are in a fast-growing phase we expect that you thrive with change, are able to drive your own initiatives, and that you are a continuous learner.
In this role you will report to Director Business Office.

Well, let us give you some more information on what we want you to do:
* Establishing and managing the risk policy and Enterprise Risk Management Framework
* Collaborate with senior management to develop a proactive and integrated ERM strategy that strikes a practical balance between the costs and benefits of risk response initiatives
* Providing objective, independent risk assessments and recommendations
* Escalating timely and actionable risk information and Maintaining visibility over top risks
* Monitor current trends in ERM and make recommendations to incorporate new practices as appropriate
* Develop an ERM framework that encompasses risk assessment, prioritization, mitigation, and monitoring
* Facilitate in-depth assessments of priority risk areas, when necessary, and recommend opportunities for improvement. Communicate results via written reports, dashboards and verbal presentations to management
* Organize and facilitate the Risk Management Committee.
* Prepare risk dashboard for our Board of Directors
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 3-5+ years of work experience of risk management in a multinational company or consultancy firm
* Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
* Working knowledge of the COSO ERM framework required
* Strong business acumen; ability to learn quickly about the company's strategic business objectives and ability to translate that into priorities for the Risk Committee
* Excellent listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret a diverse array of information and analysis sufficient to support reasoned recommendations
